This week we covered chapter 11, The Parish Is Our Home, in the text book. The students learned about some of the different ministries that our parish has. We also discussed how the parish is our faith community.
Key words for this week are: parish, pastor, and deacon. Students are responsible for knowing these words and their definitions.
This week's homework is to complete the Project Disciple activities on pages 104 and 105.
Our rosary mystery for the week was the second sorrowful mystery, the scourging at the pillar. Students were given a coloring page representing this.
